William L. Muller, 82, the son of Leo and Theresa (Donohue) Muller, passed away on April 19, 2018 in Sun City Arizona. Bill was born December 17, 1935 in Lafayette, IN and spent his early life on a family farm in Benton County, IN. He graduated from Boswell High School and attended St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Dunnington, IN. Bill was a member of the Indiana National Guard for eight years. He moved to Indianapolis where he became a realtor. He was a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters and the Knights of Columbus. Bill moved to Sun City, Arizona in 1980 where he worked for the Postal Service and attended St. Clements Catholic Church. He enjoyed watching sports and was an avid Chicago Cubs Fan. Bill is survived by his brother Ray (Shirley) Muller of Williamsport, IN; sisters Joan (Chuck) Valentine of Naples, FL and Judy (Bill) Modesitt of Dayton, IN along with several nephews and nieces whom he dearly loved. He was preceded in death by his parents and two nephews, Rick and Steve Muller. Visitation will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Dunnington, IN from 10:00 AM until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM Tuesday May 8, with concelebrants Fr. Peter J. Vanderkolk and Fr. Donald L. Gross officiating. Inurnment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery at Dunnington. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 2961 St. Road 71, Ambia, IN 47917.
