Virginia Billingsley

Virginia R. Billingsley, 77, of West Lafayette, passed away at her residence Monday May 17, 2021 at 5:49 PM. She was born IN Lafayette, IN March 16, 1944, the daughter of the late Arthur O. and Ruth A. (Eutsler) Cadwallader, and was a 1962 graduate of Klondike High School. Virginia was first married to James L. Weigle in Lafayette March 9, 1963. She later married Daniel Billingsley January 30, 1977, and he survives. She was employed by the Outlook Group as a funeral pre-need counselor for Hahn-Funeral Home and later for Hahn-Groeber Funeral Home. Virginia was a member of Mount Hope Church in Lafayette, and loved Jesus. She enjoyed spending time with her family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren; riding on the back of Dan’s Harley Davidson; mushroom hunting and raspberry pie. Surviving with her husband are two daughters, Terry Lynne Weigle of Lafayette, Kimberly D. Larson (Troy) of Attica, IN, a step-son, Dustin Billingsley (Jessica) of Lafayette; a step daughter, Lisa Billingsley of Pensacola, FL; a brother, LeRoy Cadwallader of Logansport, IN, seven grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and three sisters. Friends may call from 10:00 AM until the funeral service at 11:00 AM Monday May 24 at the Mount Hope Church, 1718 N. 15th Street, Lafayette, IN 47904, Pastor Bryan Courtney officiating.
