Rosemary May Bymaster, 86, of New Richmond, IN. died at Whitlock House in Crawfordsville 11:39 PM Tuesday July 19, 2011. Mrs. Bymaster was born October 8, 1924 in Indianapolis, IN. , the daughter of the late Martin and Hazel Bess Goettling, and was a graduate of Arsenal Technical High School in Indianapolis. She married Glen William Bymaster in Indianapolis December 30, 1944, and he survives. Mrs. Bymaster was a homemaker and assisted her husband in the operation of their farm. She was member of Linden United Methodist Church; served as a precinct committeewoman for the Coal Creek Democratic Party; was one of the original volunteers with the Linden/Coal Creek Township Ambulance Service; was a member of the Montgomery County Chapter of the American Red Cross; and had been active with the Coal Creek 4-H Boosters. Surviving with her husband is a daughter, Sherry Coon of Waynetown, IN.; 2 sons, Gary Bymaster, (wife Patty) and Rick Bymaster (wife Christina) of New Richmond, IN. and by a sister, Ruth McGovern-Inlow of Indianapolis, IN. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and an additional family of 2 granddaughters and 6 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Eileen Raab and Ruby Brown. Friends may call at the Linden United Methodist Church from 4 until 7 PM Friday, with funeral services at the church at 10:00 AM Saturday, Rev. Dr. LaMont Bonath and Rev. Patty Bymaster officiating.
