Robert Hoover, Ii

Robert Dale Hoover, II, age 58, of Oxford, IN passed away at his residence Wednesday morning January 10, 2017. Robert was born in Clarksburg, WV January 30, 1959, the son of Robert Dale Hoover and Charlotte Marsh Lewis. He was a 1977 graduate of Lewis County, WV High School and a graduate of Lincoln Technical Institute. Robert married Rita K. Lanie in Fowler, IN June 30, 2015 and she survives. He was employed at Lafayette Venetian Blind the past 14 years and had previously worked as an automobile mechanic. Surviving with his wife is his mother, Charlotte Lewis of Weston, WV; his father Robert Dale Hoover of New Milton, WV; two stepdaughters, Christina Stephens of Tulsa, OK and Michelle Tyler of Otterbein, IN; a step-son, Charles Tyler of Colfax, IN and a brother, Rodney Hoover of WV. Also surviving are six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Friends may call at the Hahn-Groeber Funeral Home, Oxford IN from 4 until 6 PM Wednesday January 17.
