Phillip Clements

Phillip D. Clements, age 72, of West Lafayette, died at Heritage Healthcare in West Lafayette 12:35 AM Wednesday Aug. 12, 2015 where he had been a patient since April. He had formerly resided at the Tippecanoe Villa for the previous ten years. Phillip was born in Lafayette in 1942, the son of the late Archie and Mae Clements and attended Oxford, IN schools. He was faithful to God and very prayerful. Phillip had an exceptional memory and was a huge Johnny Cash fan. Surviving is an aunt, Aileen Sutherland of Hodgenville, KY; Cousins, Greg Eberly of Pine Village, IN; Ruth Ann Wankel of Pine Village, IN; Charles M. Eberly of Belleville, IL; Ellen Rexford of Hodgenville, KY; Barbara True of Liberty, KY; Jenny Reid Kendrick of Lexington, KY; Janice Murphy of Liberty, KY and Lee DeLaigle of Columbia, GA. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Sharon Gray. Friends may call at the Hahn-Groeber Funeral Home, Oxford one hour prior to the funeral service at 2:00 PM Sunday, Rev.
