Marti Haviland

Marti Haviland of Chicago, IL passed on Sunday morning March 5, 2023 at Majestic Healthcare of Lafayette. Her deep Catholic faith was a hallmark of her existence. She raised her kids to look out for the downtrodden and to advocate for the underdog. She lived her life proudly never “jumping through anyone’s hoop”. Marti was a really fun and hilarious friend, mom, grandma and great-grandma. Kids and dogs adored her. She never missed a Kentucky Derby or the Westminster Dog Show. She loved chocolate, flowers and perfume, and she left the world a much more beautiful place. She was loved and she will be missed.
