Mark Fitzsimons

Mark K. FitzSimons, 52, of Indianapolis and formerly of Lafayette, died at Heritage Healthcare in West Lafayette 7:10 PM Tuesday July 5, 2011. Mr. FitzSimons was born in Lafayette, IN. December 4, 1958, the son of Patricia Hatke FitzSimons White of Lafayette and the late Norbert FitzSimons. He was married to Judith T. "Tami" Campbell in Lafayette September 26, 1994 and she survives. Mr. FitzSimons was a graduate of Lafayette Central Catholic High School, a member of ABATE of Indiana, Region 4, and while residing in Lafayette, a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church. He was employed by Arkanoff Painting of Brownsburg, IN. as a commercial painter. Surviving with his wife and mother are three daughters, Jennifer Aper Clements and Jessica Aper, both of Lafayette; Nicki Stephens of Indianapolis, IN.; a son, Dean Campbell (wife Anai) of Indianapolis, IN.; 2 brothers, Paul FitzSimons (wife Debbie) of Glouchester, VA.; Raymond Fitzsimons (wife Regina) of Brookston, IN.; 2 sisters, Rose Marie Killian of Lafayette, IN.; Cynthia Habbinga (husband Max) of Palm Coast, FL.; 2 step-brothers, Keith White and Kevin White (wife Bobbi), both of Lafayette, IN.; and a step-sister, Jodi White of West Lafayette, IN. Also surviving is a special friend Ed Farris(wife Connie) and 4 grandchildren. Along with his father he was preceded in death by his step-father, Larry White. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Ann's Catholic Church 1:30 PM Tuesday July 12, Fr. Dominic Young officiating, with interment following at St. Mary's Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held at the residence of Ed & Connie Farris, 3330 S., 250 W, Lafayette, 47909 following the interment service.
