Marilyn Sease

Marilyn Yvuonne Sease, 73, of Lafayette, IN. formerly of Salem, IN. died at the residence of her daughter, Michelle Newcomb in Lafayette 5:10 PM Wednesday April 23, 2014. She had been residing with her daughter the past year in Lafayette. Marilyn was born in Pekin, IN. February 14, 1941, the daughter of the late Warren and Mary L. (Smith) Miller. She was a graduate of Pekin High School; had worked at the Farmers Citizens Bank for over 20 years and was a member of Phi Beta Psi Sorority. Marilyn married Charles W. Sease at Evansville, IN. November 21, 1970, and he preceded her in death November 13, 2000. Surviving is her daughter, Michelle L. Newcomb (husband Ken) of Lafayette, IN. and a brother, Wallace “Butch” Miller (wife Lorell) of Campbellsburg, IN. Also surviving are eight grandchildren, Kayla, Alana, Paige, Zach, Michael, J.J., Mary and Alexis. She was preceded in death by a sister, Marcella Miller and a brother, George “Eddie” Miller. Friends may call at the Dawalt Funeral Home, 204 E. Market Street, Salem, IN. from 9:00 AM until the funeral service at 1:00 PM Saturday, Hospice Chaplain Willard Braniff officiating.
