Louise Bumbleburg Lamb, 93, of Georgetown, TX died 8:45 pm Monday, March 22, 2010 at Scott White Hospital in Round Rock, TX.
She was born October 20, 1916 in Lafayette, IN to Theodore D. Bumbleburg & Mary V. Riehle. She graduated St. Lawrence Grade School and St. Francis High School.
She worked as a secretary for Ross Gear, Duncan Electric/Landis & Gyr. She was also a secretary at St. Lawrence School, retiring in 2005 at the age of 89. She was a member of St. Mary's Cathedral & Alpha Kappa Chapter of Sigma Alpha Sorority, Athletic Association - Landis & Gyr, Quarter Century Club - Landis & Gyr.
Louise was an avid Cubs & Purdue Fan. She enjoyed playing cards and was a wiz at Crossword Puzzles. She won several trophies in Ball Room Dancing and she also love to work outside in her yard.
Surviving are 3 Daughters, Judith A. Mc Bride of Perrysburg, OH, Mary Lou Fadely (Robert), Patricia J. Conquest (Douglas) both of Georgetown,TX and a sister: Beatrice Brown - Grand Rapids, MI.
Friends may call from 4-8:00 pm with a Rosary at 4pm Friday at Hahn-Groeber Funeral Home. Mass 10 am Saturday, March 27, 2010 at St. Mary's Cathedral with Fr. Daniel Gartland celebrating. Interment will follow at St. Boniface Cemetery. In lieu of flowers,contributions to be made to St. Lawrence Grade School.
Also surviving are 5 Grand Children: Helen Fadely Ballauer, Joelle Floriana (Theodore), Julie Stepp, Andrew Conquest, Evan Conquest (Jessica) and 7 Great Grand Children.
