Lois Warren

Lois Irene Warren, 87, of Linden, IN. died at Witham Hospital in Lebanon, IN. 3:33 PM Monday February 7, 2011 where she had been a patient the last 6 days. She was born in Union Township in Montgomery County Indiana May 28, 1923, the daughter of the late Walter William and Opal R. Sayler Demoret. On October 10, 1942 she married John C. "Jack" Warren in Corvallis, Oregon and he preceded her in death January 3, 2007. Mrs. Warren was a 1940 graduate of Linden High School, and was a member of Linden United Methodist Church and the Order of Eastern Star at Crawfordsville. For over 25 years, she was employed at the Linden State Bank. Surviving is a daughter, Deanna Dilling (husband Don) of Remington, IN.;3 sons Greg Warren (wife Kathy) of Linden, IN.; Daryl Warren (wife Sandy) of Crawfordsville, IN.; Curt Warren (wife Diann) of Lebanon, IN. and a sister Margaret Mennen (husband Hobart) of Crawfordsville, IN. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 2 sons in infancy. Friends may call at the Linden United Methodist Church from 5 until 8 PM Thursday. Funeral services at the church 2:30 PM Friday, Rev. LaMont Bonath officiating, with interment to follow at Linden Cemetery.If friends desire, memorials may be made to the Linden United Methodist Church, the Juvenille Diabetes Foundation of the charity of the donor's choice.
