Kyle Mcafee

Kyle Edward McAfee, 72, of Oxford, IN. died at his residence 10:25 AM Tuesday January 1, 2013. Kyle was born in Tazewell, TN. November 4, 1940, the son of the late John Edward and Marie Sulfridge McAfee and attended Claiborne County, TN Schools.
He served in the US Army from 1960 to 1964, and retired from the Benton County Highway Department.
Kyle married Joyce Lee Whitaker in Caliborne County, TN. January 9, 1964 and she survives.
Surviving beside his wife is a son, Thomas McAfee of Oxford, IN.; a daughter, Dewanna Lank (husband Gary) of Oxford, IN.; three brothers, John McAfee (wife Edna); David McAfee (wife Kim); Jesse McAfee (wife Janie) all of New Tazewell, TN. and a sister Edith Collingsworth (husband Paul)of Tazewell, TN. Also surviving are 2 grandchildren, Mindy Hanley (husband Phil) and Wayne Lank (wife Shanna). He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and one brother.
Friends may call at the Hahn-Groeber Funeral Home, Oxford, IN. from 5 until 8 PM Friday. Funeral services at the funeral home 10:30 AM Saturday, Larry McMillan and Pastor Henry Bell, Jr. officiating, with interment in Justus Cemetery.
