Katherine Horn

Katherine Louise Horn, 54, of Montgomery Village, MD. Died at her residence Tuesday March 30, 2010. She was born in West Lafayette December 23, 1955, the daughter of the late Edward and Emma Byers Horn. Mrs. Horn was a graduate of Brownsburg, Indiana High School, received her B.S. from Ball State University and her MBA from Indiana University. Her marriage was to Robert E. "Bob" McConnell at Indianapolis Indiana December 27, 1986, and he survives. Mrs. Horn was a member of Covenant United Methodist Church in Montgomery Village, MD. And was a former docent for the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History. Surviving with her husband is a son, Jonathan McConnell of the home, and by 2 sisters, Susan Truax of Brownsburg, IN. and Karen Niswonger of Tampa FL. Funeral services will be held at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens Mausoleum Chapel 2:00 P.M. Friday, Rev. Todd Outcalt officiating with interment to follow. Preceded in death by a sister, Linda.
