Katherine Holder

Katherine Sue "Kathy" Holder, 50 of West Lafayette, IN. died at Franciscan Health, St. Elizabeth East in Lafayette 12:12 AM Friday August 26, 2011 where she had been a patient since August 8 following a brief illness with cancer. Mrs. Holder was born in Zweibruken, Germany, February 3, 1961, the daughter of the late Calvin C. and Nortrud Schumann Fultz, and was a graduate of McCutcheon High School and attended Purdue University. She married Scott W. Holder in Lafayette, IN. December 1, 1983, and he survives. Mrs. Holder was a homemaker, and also served as secretary/treasurer of Holder Bedding in Lafayette and attended St. Boniface Catholic Church. Surviving with her husband are 2 daughters, Christina A. Fields of Lafayette, IN.; Anneliese L. Holder of West Lafayette, IN.; a son, Jonathan D. Fields (wife Elizabeth) of Lafayette, IN.; 2 brothers, Michael P. Fultz (wife Lori) of Clearwater, FL.; Larry S. Fultz (wife Brenda) of Tennessee.; 3 sisters, a twin sister, Cindy L. Fultz of Anderson, S.C.; Linda S. Steinmetz of West Lafayette, IN.; and Michaela T. Rogers (husband Don) of Attica, IN.; Also surviving are 2 grandchildren, Landon Fields and Taylor Crane. Friends may call at the HAHN-GROEBER FUNERAL HOME, 1104 Columbia St., Lafayette from 5 until 7 PM Monday. Services will be held at the funeral home 10:30 AM Tuesday, Rev. Barbara Loft officiating, with interment to follow in Grandview Cemetery. If friends desire, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
