Jerri Heath

Jerri Ruth Heath, 83, of Lafayette, passed away at her residence Friday October 14, 2022 at 6:21 AM. Jerri was born in Lafayette September 9, 1939, the daughter of the late Vincent and Lena Lolita (Parker) Sperback and was a 1957 graduate of Lafayette Jefferson High School. She married Thomas E. Heath at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Lafayette October 17, 1959, and he survives. Jerri was employed by Public Service Indiana for 17 years as a meter reader and in the office. She was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church, a member of the Art Museum of Greater Lafayette and the Wabash Valley Artists Society. Jerri enjoyed art and painting in water colors. Her husband, Thomas, is her only immediate survivor. She was preceded in death by a son, Wade Heath November 7, 2008. Friends may call at St. Lawrence Catholic Church on Monday October 24 from 10:30 AM until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM, Fr. Matthew Kalu officiating. The interment will follow at Swank Cemetery near Lafayette. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to either the Art Museum of Lafayette or Almost Home Humane Society.
