Robert "Bob" J. Hood

Robert “Bob” J. Hood, 56, of Swanington, passed away at his home on Friday, July 12, 2024. He was the son of the late James Hood and Dallie (Caudill) Hood of Raub who survives. He was born November 12, 1967 in Brook, IN. He attended South Newton School Corporation. 

Surviving along with his mother are his loving son Brandon Hood of Fowler; three grandchildren Aerabella Hood of West Lafayette, Kaius and Jaylex Hood of New York; brothers Timothy “Tim” Hood of Kentland and Steve (Lori) Hood of Boswell; sister Angela (Tim) Goodwin of Lafayette and several nieces and nephews. 

Bob was preceded in death by his father Jim Hood; sister Cynthia “Cindy” (Hood) Schroeder and brother Randy Hood.

He was a loyal fan of The Pittsburgh Steelers, loved Rock and Roll, and a loyal friend to many. He is and will be greatly missed.
