Infant Joseph David Miskin, son of David Ryan and Teresa Brooke Purvines Miskin, died shortly after birth Saturday October 1, 2011 at 9:15 AM in Indiana University Health North in Carmel, IN. Surviving with his parents are 2 sisters, Abigail Teresa and Elizabeth Irene Miskin, both of the home. Also surviving are maternal grandparents, Stephen & Leslie Purvines of Mishawauka, IN; maternal great-grandmother, Norma Jean Purvines of Kirkwood, MO.; and paternal grandparents, Koy and Martha Miskin of West Lafayette, IN. Funeral services will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ, Latter Day Saints, 3430 E. 450 S., Lafayette at 2:00 PM Saturday, President Ron Ellis officiating, with interment to follow at Meadow View Cemetery.
