Eleanor Garrison

Eleanor Lois Garrison, 73, a long-time resident of West Lafayette, went to meet her Lord on Sunday May 29, 2016 at Heritage Healthcare in West Lafayette, IN. Eleanor was born December 9, 1942 in Williamsport, IN, the daughter of the late John A. and Martha E. (Milburg) Farthing. She married James Joe Garrison at Williamsport, IN June 10, 1961 and he survives. Eleanor attended Attica, IN High School, and was a homemaker. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Lafayette. Surviving with her husband are three daughters, Jona Ewen of West Lafayette, IN; Carol White (Rob) of Crawfordsville, IN and Connie Corwin of Lafayette, IN. Also surviving are five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers in infancy. Friends may call at the Hahn-Groeber Funeral Home, 1104 Columbia St. in Lafayette from 10:30 AM until the funeral service at 12 PM Friday June 3, Pastor Ed Morrow officiating.
