Edna Pearson

Edna Hazel Pearson, 93, of Crawfordsville, formerly of Linden, died at the Home with Heart in Crawfordsville 7:15 AM Thursday October 22, 2009 where she had resided the past 8 months. Mrs. Pearson was born in Glasgow, Kentucky March 22, 1916, the daughter of the late Levy and Bessie Johnson Bartlett and attended Glasgow schools. Her first marriage was to Millard Murdock, and he preceded her in death in 1963. She then married Lawrence Pearson and he preceded her in death in 1993. Mrs. Pearson was a homemaker, and had previously owned a restaurant in Linden. There are no immediate survivors. Friends may call at the HAHN-GROEBER FUNERAL HOME, Linden, from 10:00 AM until the service at 11:00 AM Monday, Rev. Dr. R. Clayton Kendall officiating. Interment, Linden Cemetery. Surviving are several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Pauline Walker, and 3 brothers, Ray, Herman and William "Bill" Bartlett.
