Della Moore

Della May Moore, 71, of Linden, formerly of Waynetown, died at St. Vincent's Heart Center of Indiana 7:39 PM Sunday May 31, 2009, where she had been a patient since Friday. Born April 13, 1938 in Coatesville, IN. the daughter of the late Otis and Sadie Cochran Griswold, she attended Bainbridge, IN. schools. Her first marriage was to Buel Spaulding June, 1958, and he preceded her in death in 1969.She then married Jack W. Moore at Waynetown, IN. May 6, 1972, and he survives. Mrs. Moore was a member of St. Paul Community Church and had worked as a nurses aide, most recently for St. Clare Medical Center, and previously at the Ben Hur Home, both in Crawfordsville. Surviving beside her husband is a daughter, Linda Price (husband Steve) of Indianapolis and a son, Danny Spaulding (wife Betty) of Kokomo, IN.; 3 step-daughters, Barbara Addler (husband Mark) of Waveland, IN.; Melinda Kennedy (husband Dale) of Loves Park, IL.; Carol Eichling (husband Thomas) of Jacksonville, FL.; 3 step-sons, Jackie Moore (wife Julie) of Potomac, IL.; Mark Gaiheimer (wife Robin) of PA.; Alan Spaulding of Avon, IN. ; and a sister, Marie Partin (husband Fred) of Camby, IN. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; 9 step-grandchildren and 5 step-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by a step-daughter and a step-son.
