David Arthur

David C. Arthur, 61, of Reynolds, IN. died at Monticello Assisted Living Center in Monticello, IN. 4:50 PM Sunday February 17, 2013. He had battled cancer the past four years.
He was born in Logansport, IN. November 13, 1951, the son of the late David F. and Helen Piatt Arthur. David was a 1970 graduate of Twin Lakes High School, and received his Associates of Science Degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology in 1973 from Purdue University.
He married Gail R. Spear February 16, 1980 at Guernsey Church of the Brethren and she survives.
Mr. Arthur was a farmer, and had worked at McGill's 23 years and Diener Brothers for 12 years, and was a 28 year member of the Yeoman United Methodist Church.
Surviving with his wife are three sons, Gregory D. Arthur (companion Daisha) of Lafayette, IN.; John W. Arthur (wife Stacy) of Monticello, IN.; Mark R. Arthur of Clarksville, TN.; 2 brothers Ervon Arthur (wife Deb) and Frank Arthur (wife Sue), all of Monticello, IN. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Yeoman United Methodist Church from 4 until 7 PM today, Tuesday. Funeral services at the Yeoman United Methodist Church 10:00 AM Wednesday, Pastor Doug Thompson officiating, with interment at Oak Grove Cemetery, near Monticello.
