Chad Crockett

Chad Allen Crockett, 23, of Lafayette, IN. died as a result of a motorcycle accident near Burlington in Carroll County, Indiana Wednesday May 25, 2011. He was born in Lafayette September 17, 1987 the son of Dana E. Crockett and Dana R. Chatfield Crockett. Mr. Crockett was a graduate of Harrison High School, and was currently employed for K. Rhode's Lawn Care. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, fishing, collecting knives and spending time with his daughter. Surviving is his daughter, Payton R. Crockett of Lafayette, IN.; his parents, Dana E. Crockett of Lafayette, IN. and his mother Dana R. Crockett of West Lafayette, IN. his brother, Adam D. Crockett of Lafayette, IN. and his fiance', Chynna Rhode of Lafayette, IN. Also surviving is his paternal grandmother, Barbara A. Crockett of Lafayette; maternal grandparents, Janice E. Chatfield of Lafayette; Ronald H. Chatfield of Delphi, IN.; and maternal great-grandmother, Donna Chatfield of Lafayette. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Donald Crockett. Friends may call at the HAHN-GROEBER FUNERAL HOME, 1104 Columbia St., Lafayette from noon until the service at 1:00 PM Tuesday, Celebrant Linda Regnier officiating, with interment to follow at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens.
