Billie Vice

Billie D. Vice, 69, of Boswell, IN died in his home 8:50 PM Friday January 1, 2016. Billie was born in Boswell May 13, 1946, the son of the late Cecil Delbert and Sarah Beatrice Misner Vice, and was a life- long resident of Boswell. He attended Boswell schools and was a self-employed handyman. Surviving are three sisters, Carolyn Leathermon of Fowler, IN; Donna O'Neal of Talbot, IN and Rose Vice of Boswell; and a brother, Larry Vice of Starke, FL. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Betty Kelley and Beverly Madison and by three brothers Norman, Charlie and Sonny Vice.
