Antoinette L. Wiltgen, 79, of Lafayette, died at Regency Place Healthcare Center, Lafayette 8:45 AM Wednesday July 8, 2009, where she had been a patient the past 4 years. Born March 17, 1930, the daughter of the late Everette L. and Georgiana K. Sperb Klinger, she was a graduate of Lafayette Jefferson High School and attended Purdue University. She married Nicholas A. Wiltgen in Lafayette at St. Lawrence Catholic Church June 11, 1951, and he preceded her in death April 14, 2008. Mrs. Wiltgen was a homemaker and a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church. Surviving is a daughter, Barbara Wilgen Medve of Indianapolis, IN.; and 2 sons, Nicholas A. Wiltgen of Houston, Texas and James E. Wiltgen of Lafayette, IN. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren, Jennifer and Curtis Medve and Michael and Sarah Ann Wiltgen. Preceded in death by 2 brothers. Graveside services will be held at St. Boniface Cemetery in Lafayette, 2:00 PM Saturday, Fr. Eric Underwood officiating. If friends desire, memorials may be made to St. Lawrence Catholic Church.
