Anita M. "Teedee" Carley Riehle, 75, of Lafayette, died at her residence 10:55 AM Saturday December 6, 2008. She was born in Stevens Point, Wisconson May 1, 1933 to the late Meredith V. and Aletha M. Leyson Carley and had resided most of her life in Lafayette, graduating from Lafayette Jefferson High School, and attending Purdue University. She also attended the Patricia Ann Stevens Modeling Agency in Chicago, IL.
On February 9, 1957, she married James F. Riehle at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Lafayette and he preceded her in death July 23, 2007. Mrs. Riehle was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church; the American Legion Post 11 Auxiliary; and a member of the Monday Matinee Bowling League at Elston for many years. Surviving is a daughter, Julie Stephany (husband Ron) of Lafayette; a son, Mick Riehle of Lafayette and a brother Lynn Carley of Dallas, Texas. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren, Catherine Ann, Carley, Kymberlyn and Kaitlin, and a great-granddaughter, Aliyah. Preceded in death by a sister, Janice Ramsey. Friends may call at the HAHN-GROEBER FUNERAL HOME, 1104 Columbia St., Lafayette from 5 until 8 PM Tuesday. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Lawrence Catholic Church 10:30 AM Wednesday. Fr.
